1989-099-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN A PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION
RESOLUTION NO. 89-099
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Drainage Capital
Improvements for 2300 block West Sherman in accordance with plans
and specifications prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer of the
City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary
completion of said drainage improvement project are
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
for the
shown on
WHEREAS, the City Counc il finds that the above descr i bed
drainage easements are necessary for said improvement project and
that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
the City Attorney T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to proceed to condemn the above described property
to be used for Drainage Capital Improvements for 2300 block West
Sherman.

from B, L. Dunman and wife to Dennis E. Gann and wife. Recorded in
Volume 617, Page 363 Deed Records Lamar County, Texas and being more
