1989-035-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL RECEIVED REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL WATER PRESSURE
RESOLUTION NO. 89-0035
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has received
a request for additional water pressure and service to the
recently annexed area adjacent to the West Right of Way Line of
Highway 271 North from near the intersection of Stone Avenue,
North to Lake Crook Road, which could be best served by a pro
rata water extension beginning at Lake Crook Road to an existing
10" water main, containing approximately 2,800 linear feet of 12"
P.V.C. water main line; and,
WHEREAS, it would be right and proper to have a public
hearing concerning the same at the regular council meeting on May
8th, 1989, at which time the City Council will determine whether
or not the pro rata project should be had; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That a public hearing be held by and before the City Council of
the City of Paris in regular session convened on the 8th day of
May, 1989, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the City Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, at which time the matter of a 12" water main
pro rata extension from Lake Crook Road to an existing 10" water
main.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of April, 1989.
