1989-028-RES WHEREAS,CITY COUNCIL ON 13TH DAY OF FEBURARY PASSED
RESOLUTION NO. 89-028
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore on the 13th day of February, 1989, pass
Resolution No. 89-010, ordering the Regular Municipal
Election for the City of Paris and, among other things,
established a polling place and election officials for Ward
Four (4); and,
WHEREAS, the election official serving as Presiding
Judge for said Ward has resigned and should be replaced;
and,
WHEREAS, Debbie Austin, Alternate Presiding Judge, has
been nominated to serve as Presiding Judge; and,
WHEREAS, Davlin Folmar has been nominated to serve as
Alternate Presiding Judge; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Debbie Austin, be, and she is hereby appointed
to serve as Presiding Judge in Ward Four in the election to
be held on May 6, 1989, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That, Davlin Folmar, be, and she
is hereby appointed Alternate Presiding Judge in Ward Four
in the election to be held on May 6, 1989.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of March, 1989.
