1989-026-RES WHEREAS, IT HAS BEEN CALLED TO THE ATTENTION OF CITY COUNCIL THAT THERE IS AN ALLEY
RESOLUTION NO. 89-026
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the
City Council of the City of Paris that there is an alley,
running approximately midway between Margaret Street and Hubbard
Street running East from 17th Street S.E. to a point
approximately 186 feet west of 19th Street S.E. where it forms a
"T" tn intersect with Margaret and Hubbard Streets; and,
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the
City Council that the alley is not desired by the property
owners adj acent to said alley, but that said alley is of use
and necessary to the City of Paris and its citizens for
utility easement purposes; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S.
Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a quit
claim deed to the alley being closed to the adjacent owners
on either side of said alley, it appearing that the real and
true owners of the hereinafter described lots are as
follows:
