1989-025-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN A PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTITLED PRO RATA
RESOLUTION NO. 89-025
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Pro Rata Water Line
Extension Bethel Temple, S.E. Loop 286, in accordance with plans
and specifications prepared by Chaney Engineering and approved by
Earl Smith, City Engineer of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said water line extension project are shown on
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described
utility easements are necessary for said improvement project and
that the same should be condemned; and
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the above described
property to be used for Pro Rata Water Line Extension Bethel
Temple, S.E. Loop 286, to be at sponsor's cost.
