1989-021-RES WHEREAS,CITY COUNCIL ON FEBRUARY 2, 1989 AUTHORIZED PREPARATION OF
RESOLUTION 89-021
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
on February 2, 1989, authorize the preparation of plans and
specifications for a project of construction for replacement
force main for Campbell's Sewage Lift Station; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been prepared by
Earl Smith, City Engineer, with the title being given thereto of
Replacement Force Main for Campbell's Sewage Lift Station
88WSRB-06-89 Proj ect, which plans and specifications are
recommended for approval by the City Engineer of the City of
Paris; and
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be approved
and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the Replacement Force Main
for Campbell's Sewage Lift Station 88WSRB-06-89 Project are
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Replacement Force Main
for Campbell's Sewage Lift Station 88WSRB-06-89 Project should be
advertised for bids to be received after due notice and
thereafter returned to City Council for letting, at 10:00 o'clock
A.M. on Tuesday, April 4, 1989, and should be presented to the
City Council on the 10th day of April, 1989, for the purpose of
letting such bid.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of March, 1989.
