1989-018-RES WHEREAS, CHISUM ISD HAS UNDERTAKEN A PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTITLED CHISUM ISD 12" WATER LINE
RESOLUTION NO. 89-018
WHEREAS, the Chisum ISD has undertaken a project of
construction entitled Chisum ISD 12" Water Line constructed by
Willis Contractors, Inc., in accordance with plans and
specifications prepared by Hayter Engineering, Paris, Texas, and
approved by Earl Smith, City Engineer for the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement description which the water line was
placed is shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility easement and the improvements therein meet City
of Paris standards and the donation in lieu of dedication should
be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the donation of Chisum ISD of the easement described in
Exhibit A attached hereto, to be used for the Chisum ISD 12"
Water Line is in all things accepted.
