1989-014-RES WHEREAS,CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION
RESOLUTION NO. 89-014
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Replacement Force
Main for Battle's Sewage Lift Station 88-WSRB-02-88 in accordance
with plans and specifications prepared by Earl Smith, City
Engineer of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions
completion of said force main replacement
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
necessary for the
project are shown on
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described
utility easements are necessary for said improvement project and
that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the above described
property to be used for construction of Replacement Force Main
for Battle's Sewage Lift Station 88-WSRB-02-88.

25 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT
Situated on Northwest Loop 286 in the City of Paris, County of
Lamar, State of Texas;
Being a part of the John Herrington Survey No. 436, a parcel of
land conveyed to F. Andrew Faskin from J. E. Howard and M. S. Kimbell
as recorded in Book 640 Page 776 of the Lamar County Oeed Records, and
being described as follows:
Beginning at a point for a corner in the North Boundary Line of
said Northwest Loop 286, said point also being in the West Boundary
Line of said John Herrington Survey;
Thence North along the West Boundary Line of said tract a
distance of 21.8 feet to a point for a corner;
Thence North 660 30' East a distance of 427.14 feet to a point in
the East Boundary Line of said tract;
Thence South 00 20' West a distance of 21.87 feet along said East
Boundary Line of said tract to the Southeast corner;
Thence South 660 30' West a distance of 427 feet along the North
Boundary Line of said Northwest Loop to the point of beginning,
containing 0.25 acres, more or less.
The purpose of this easement being to convey a 25 foot strip of
land along the South Boundary Line of the Faskin property for
placement and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line.

Situated on Northwest Loop 286 in the City of Paris, County of
Lamar, State of Texas;
Being a part of the Joseph Ames Survey #28, a part of a 54.33
acre tract of land conveyed to Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation,
Inc. as recorded in Book 441 Page 72 on March 16, 1986, from the City
of Paris, Texas, also a part of a 8.534 acre tract conveyed to Paris,
Texas Industrial Foundation as recorded in Book 702 Page 652 on
October 22, 1986, from Raymond and Elizabeth Trier;
Beginning at a point for a corner at the most southerly Southeast
corner of the latter-mentioned tract, said point being the Southwest
corner of a tract owned by Raymond and Elizabeth Trier;
Thence South 660 51' West along the North Boundary Line of N.W.
Loop 286, a distance of 760 feet to a point for a corner, said North
Boundary Line also being the South Boundary Line of previously

the Paris Industrial Foundation by the City of Paris as recorded in
Book 441 Page 72 in the Lamar County Oeed Records;
Beginning at the most southerly Southwest corner of said tract,
said point being in the North Boundary Line of Northwest Loop 286;

Foundation as recorded in 800k 556 Page 102 in the Lamar County Deed
Records on February 8, 1974;
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said tract, said point being
the Southwest corner of a 25.871 acre tract of land conveyed from
Hollywood Vasarette to General Foam Plastics as recorded in Book 681
Page 358;

Northwest Loop 286 a distance of 362 feet to a point for a corner in
the West Boundary Line of the Trier property;
