1989-012-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 88-124 ON 12.19.88
RESOLUTION NO. 89-012
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
in Resolution No. 88-124 on December 19, 1988, declare City of
Paris property located at 2774 Graham Street, being Lots 20, 21
and 22, Block 6 in Sperry's 1st Addition, to be surplus property
and ordered same sold; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received until 10:00 o'clock A.M.,
Wednesday, February 8, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, the highest bid by responsible bidder for said
property was Fred Cole in the amount of $4,600.00; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the Bid of Fred Cole, in the amount of $4,600.00 is hereby
accepted and let; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris,
Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute a deed on behalf of the City of Paris to convey said
property to Fred Cole.
