1989-007-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL IN RES 88-015 AWARDED
RESOLUTION NO. 89-007
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 88-015, award the contract for
the Water and Sewer Extension for S.W. Loop Highway 286 Project,
to B. Bray Construction, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineer, Earl Smith,
engineer of said project recommends the
contract by Change Order No. 1 and Final
Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE,
acting as project
amendment of said
attached hereto as
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the Water and Sewer Extension for S.W. Loop Highway
286 Project, contract is hereby amended by Change Order No. 1 and
Final attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City
of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, is hereby authorized and directed on
behalf of the City of Paris to execute said change order.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of February, 1989.
