WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
undertaken a project of construction entitled Pro
Extension Highway 271 North in accordance with
specifications prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer
of Paris; and,

completion of said Pro Rata Water Extension
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
necessary for the
project are shown on
WHEREAS, the

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for Pro Rata Water
Extension Highway 271 North.
