Governing Board Minutes
Love Civic Center
November 12, 2020
Present: Curtis Fendley, Steve Smith, Bryan Glass, Jon McFadden, Linda Knox, Russell Jackson, Austin Anthony,
Sydney Young, Angie Carter, Dr. Pam Anglin, Scott Avery, Dr. Shaneka Scott, Dr. Wally Kraft and Brian Boyer.
Staff: Kern Wright, Becky Semple and Paul Allen.
Curtis Fendley called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
A motion to approve the September minutes was made by Brian Boyer, seconded by Austin Anthony.
Curtis Fendley gave an overview of the October 2020 financials. A motion to approve was made by Bryan Glass,
seconded by Austin Anthony. Motion passed unanimously.
Paul Allen stated that the Love Civic Center needs a new floor cleaner, a motion to approve a Tennant Advance
1500 for $7900.00, with a 3 -year warranty was made by Austin Anthony, seconded by Steve Smith. Motion passed
unanimously.
A motion to approve to adjourn meeting at 4:20 was made by Dr. Wally Kraft.
