BACKGROUND:
Donald Lewis owns 2.941 acres located at the 2085 Fitzhugh Ave in the 2000 block of Fitzhugh
Ave. The property is currently zoned Commercial (C), and the owner is proposing to divide the
property into three lots. The property is currently two lots with a utility easement along the
property line of the two lots. With the subdivision in to three lots, the utility easement will shift
location as shown on the plat. There is no existing utility in place in this easement, but the new
easement will allow for such in the future.
STATUS OF ISSUE:
The owner has submitted a replat of the property. Both water and sewer are available. It appears
that this replat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the replat.
