1989-050-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN A PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION
RESOLUTION NO. 89-050
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Drainage Capital
Improvements 2100 Blk of West Shiloh in accordance with plans and
specifications prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer of the City
of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary
completion of said drainage improvement project are
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
for the
shown on
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described
drainage easements are necessary for said improvement project and
that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the above described
property to be used for Drainage Capital Improvements 2100 Block
of West Shiloh.

Rachel J. Faber to Paris Bible Church, dated February 6, 1984,
recorded in Book 667, Page 568 in the Deed Records of Lamar

said point being 500 feet from the north boundary line of
Campbell Street;

THENCE north 50 degrees 00 minutes east, 838.78 feet to a
point;
THENCE east 124.41 feet to a point;
THENCE south 50 degrees 00 minutes west, 1001.2 feet to the
