1989-045-RES WHEREAS, ERIC TATE WAS APPOINTED A MEMBER OF CIVIL SERVICE COMM OF COP

WHEREAS, Eric Tate was appointed as a member of the
Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris on December
19, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael
E. Malone, in accordance with the authority granted in
Section 143.006 of the Local Government Code, appointed Eric
Tate for a term of one (1) year beginning January I, 1989,
and ending December 31, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, it is right and proper that said appointment
be confirmed, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the appointment of Eric Tate to serve as a
member of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris,
for a term of one (1) year, beginning January I, 1989, and
ending December 31, 1989, be, and the same is hereby
confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
