1989-040-RES WHEREAS, VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF P&Z COMM
RESOLUTION NO. 89-040
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Planning and Zoning Commission due to the resignation of
Freddie Swaim, and it is necessary to appoint his successor,
and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, having
appointed Jerry Newberry to serve the unexpired term of
Freddie Swaim, which ends June 30, 1989, and has submitted
the name of such person to the City Council of the City of
Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of Jerry Newberry, as a member
of the Planning and Zoning Commission to serve the unexpired
term of Freddie Swaim, which ends June 30, 1989, is by the
City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and
confirmed.
