1989-039-RES WHEREAS, GENE VARNER AND JOHNNY KRAMER REQUESTED CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 89-039 WHEREAS, Gene Varner and Johnny Kramer has requested the City Council of the City of Paris to authorize sewer service to a mobile home park to be developed approximately 300 yards north of the City of Paris North Wastewater Treatment Plant, which location is outside of the city limits of the City of Paris; and, WHEREAS, the City of Paris Wastewater Treatment Plant has treatment capacity available to service such project without the citizens of Paris suffering any hardship or reduced sanitary sewer service; and, WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to provide such service upon the terms and conditions and in the contract form attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Wastewater Service Contract with Gene Varner and Johnny Kramer in the form of Exhibit A. attached hereto.
