have experienced unexpected expenditures in excess of budget

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That to the extent of the above stated Contingent
Appropriation Funds, being in the amount of $100,000.00, an
emergency is hereby found to exist and declared; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That to the extent the above
stated Water Division Funds are unencumbered in the amount
of $125,000.00, and may be transferred under the authority
of Section 70 of the Charter of the City of Paris; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that The Director of Finance,
W. E. Anderson, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed
to transfer from the following accounts the amounts shown
therein:
