1988-096-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris finds that a drainage improvement project entitled RESOLUTION NO. 88-096 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris finds that a drainage improvement project entitled College Heights Drainage Improvement Project is needed to permit the mainte- nance and improvement of an existing water way from 23rd Street Southeast intersection with Jackson Street southerly to College Street's North Boundary Line and that the same should be authorized; and, WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for said drainage improvement project have been prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer of the City of Paris; and, WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the completion of said drainage improvement project are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described drainage easements are necessary for said improve- ment project and that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the plans and specifications for the College Heights Drainage Improvement Project be, and they are hereby approved, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Attorney of the City of Paris, T.
