1988-095-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has undertaken a project of construction entitled Lamar RESOLUTION NO. 88-095 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has undertaken a project of construction entitled Lamar County Water Main Extension in accordance with plans and specifica- tions prepared by Hayter Engineering, Inc., Paris, Texas; and, WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the completion of said water main extension project are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described utility easements are necessary for said improve- ment proj ect and that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the above described property to be used for the Lamar County Water Main Extension project.
