1988-094-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has undertaken a project of construction entitled Bakers
RESOLUTION NO. 88-094
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Bakers Branch
Sewerage Project in accordance with plans and specifications
prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer of the City of Paris;
and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said sewerage project are shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility easements are necessary for said improve-
ment project and that the same should be condeUITled; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condeUITl the
above described property to be used for Bakers Branch
Sewerage Project.
