1988-004-RES WHEREAS, there exists vacancies on the membership of the Building Commission of the City of Paris
RESOLUTION NO. 88-004
WHEREAS, there exists vacancies on the membership of
the Building Commission of the City of Paris since David
Tompkins, City Engineer, has moved out of the State and
Thomas Robinson, representing TU Electric, has retired, and
it is necessary to appoint their successors, and the Mayor
of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, having appointed
Earl Smith, City Engineer, and Ronnie Roark, representing TU
Electric, to serve until their successors are appointed and
has submitted the names of such persons to the City Council
of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointments of Earl Smith and Ronnie Roark
as members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris,
to serve until their successors are appointed, are by the
City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and
confirmed.
