BACKGROUND: Marcus Council owns 0.6811 acres located at 1350 16th Street Northeast. The
property is currently zoned One Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF3). The owner is replatting 4
lots into one and is dedicating .0272 acres for a right of way.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a replat of the property. Both water and sewer
are available. It appears that this replat complies with the City of Paris regulations. The Planning
and Zoning Committee has approved this to go to City Council.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the replat.
