1988-132-RES WHEREAS, the term of office of Zephaniah Gibson as a member of the Traffic Commission of the City of
RESOLUTION NO. 88-132
WHEREAS, the term of office of Zephaniah Gibson as a
member of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, will
expire on December 31, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S.
Clifford, does hereby recommend the appointment of Edward D.
Ellis, for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1,
1989, and ending December 31, 1991; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the appointment of Edward D. Ellis, to serve as
a member of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, for
a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1989, and
ending December 3l, 1991, be, and the same is hereby
approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of
Paris.
