1988-131-RES WHEREAS, the terms of office of Ozie Mae Battle, Bruce McMonigle, Dorothy Smith and Billy Joe
RESOLUTION NO. 88-131
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Ozie Mae Battle, Bruce
McMonigle, Dorothy Smith and Billy Joe Burnett, as members
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris,
will expire on December 31, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric Clifford,
does hereby recommend the re-appointments of Dorothy Smith
and Billy Joe Burnett and the appointments of Reeves Hayter
and Mike Copeland, for a term of three (3) years, beginning
January 1, 1989, and ending December 31, 1991; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the re-appointments of Dorothy Smith and Billy
Joe Burnett, and the appointments of Reeves Hayter and Mike
Copeland, to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3)
years, beginning January 1, 1989, and ending December 31,
1991, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by
the City Council of the City of Paris.
