WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. D. Mallory, III,
Alex Woods, W. M. Lightfoot, J. P. Shull and Richard Nafe,
as members of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris,
will expire on December 3l, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S.
Clifford, does hereby recommend the re-appointments of F. D.
Mallory, III, W. M. Lightfoot, J. P. Shull and Richard Nafe,
and the appointment of Edith Bills, as members of the Board
of Adjustment for a period of (2) years, beginning January
1, 1989, and ending December 3l, 1990; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the re-appointments of F. D. Mallory, III, W. M.
Lightfoot, J. P. Shull and Richard Nafe, and the appointment
of Edith Bills, to serve as members of the Board of
Adjustment of the City of Paris, for q. term of two (2)
years, beginning January l, 1989, and ending December 3l,
1990, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by
the City Council of the City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of December, 1988.
