RESOLUTION NO.88-124
WHEREAS, the property located at 2774 Graham, being Lots 20,
21 and 22, Block 6 in Sperry's 1st Addition became City of Paris
property November 6, 1985 as a result of a Sheriff's Sale for
delinquent taxes; and,
WHEREAS, there is no known municipal use for the same, and
it would be right and property to declare the same to be surplus
property; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the lots located at 2774 Graham Street, being Lots 20, 21
and 22, Block 6 in Sperry's 1st Addition, be, and it is hereby
declared to be surplus property and ordered sold.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of December, 1988.
