WHEREAS, the City
heretofore in Ordinance
approve the construction
and Operations Building;
Council of the City of Paris, did
No. 88-039, dated September 16, 1988
of the Department of Public Works Office
and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been prepared by
Denney Architects, Paris, Texas, which plans and specifications
are recommended for approval; and,
WHEREAS, such plans should be approved and such project
should be advertised for bids; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the Department of Public
Works Office and Operations Building Project are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Department of Public Works
Office and Operations Building Project should be advertised for
bids to be received until 2:00 o'clock P.M. on Wednesday, January
25, 1989, for the purpose of letting such bid.
