1988-119-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore in Resolution No. 88-104, dated October
RESOLUTION NO. 88-119
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore in Resolution No. 88-104, dated October 10, 1988,
authorize the preparation of plans and specifications for a
project of construction entitled Evergreen and South Church
Street 12" Water Main Extension, 88WSRP-01-88; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been prepared by
the City Engineer of the City of Paris, Earl Smith, which plans
and specifications are recommended for approval; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be approved
and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the Evergreen and South
Church Street 12" Water Main Extension, 88WSRP-01-88 Project are
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Evergreen and South
Church Street 12" Water Main Extension, 88WSRP-01-88 Project
should be advertised for bids to be received at 10: 00 0' clock
A.M. on Wednesday, January 25, 1989 and should be presented to
the City Council on the 30th day of January, 1989, for the
purpose of letting such bid.
