A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, APPROVING ANDREW MACK AS THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY MANAGER IN
CONFORMANCE WITH SECTION 23 OF THE CITY CHARTER; MAKING
OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended for appointment to the office of Direct
of Planning and Community Development, Andrew Mack; and, I
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the City Manager's appointment of
Andrew Mack as the Director of Planning and Community Development for the City of Paris;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIN
TEXAS: i
. Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved®
Section 2. That Andrew Mack shall be and is hereby approved as the Director of Planning a
Community Development of the City of Paris, on the recommendation of the City Manager, and as
consequence of said approval to serve as Director of Planning and Community Development,sa
approval to be in conformance with Section 23 of the City Charter, and the aforesaid Andrew Ma
shall be and is hereb�r authorized and directed to 9,erform an-,,,! and all responsibilities and o�-liWj
incident to the office of Director of Planning and Community Development. I
