1988-113-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has scheduled final passage of Annexation Ordinance on
RESOLUTION NO. 88-113
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
scheduled final passage of Annexation Ordinance on December
19, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, it would be approproate for the Regular Monday
Council meeting in December to be postponed to Monday,
December 19, 1988, at 5:15 O'clock P.M., to avoid the
necessity of having two meetings one week apart; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Regular Monday Council meeting scheduled for
the second Monday of December be rescheduled for Monday,
December 19, 1988, at 5:15 O'clock P.M. and that the news
media be informed of the change of date in the same manner
they are informed of an emergency City Council meeting.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution
be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board giving notice of
the December regular Monday night meeting and that the news
media be informed of the change of date in the same manner
they are informed of an emergency City Council meeting.
