1988-035-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has undertaken a project of construction entitled Old
RESOLUTION NO. 88-035
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Old Bonham
Water /Sewer Extension in accordance with plans and
specifications prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer of the
City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said water/sewer extension project are shown
on Exhibit A, Band C attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the
described utility
improvement project
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for Old Bonham
Water/Sewer Extension.
