WHEREAS, Ben Sanford & Associates, Inc., is offering a
utility audit agreement at no cost to the City of Paris
other than 60% of the refunds or credits obtained on behalf
of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the form of such agreement is attached hereto
as Exhibit A and should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe
Burnett, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the Audit Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A
with Ben Sanford & Associates, Inc., for audit of telephone,
electrical and gas utilities.
