1988-027-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is aware that Old Clarksville Road has been badly eroded
RESOLUTION NO. 88-027
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is aware
that Old Clarksville Road has been badly eroded by water
since Misty Lane in Morningside North Addition was developed
and there is a need for a drainage easement in order that
said property can be served with proper drainage; and,
WHEREAS, a drainageway is needed along the East
boundary line of the The Noon Optimist Club property; and,
WHEREAS, the Noon Optomist Club has tendered the
donation of such an easement described in Drainage Easement
attached hereto as Exhibit A, and it is in the best interest
of the City of Paris that such easement be accepted; NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the donation by The Noon Optimist Club of the
easement described in Drainage Easement attached hereto as
Exhibit A, is in all things accepted.

County, Texas, for and in consideration of the SUID of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) cash, and other good and valuable consid-
