3. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Vickey Ladell
regarding a variance from the City of Paris Zoning Section 9-201 of the Area
Regulations Ordinance, on Lot 11, Block 5, of Harlan Heights Addition, being
located at 1024 NE 14'x' Street.
4. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Vickey Ladell
regarding a variance from the City of Paris Zoning Section 9-201 of the Area
Regulations Ordinance, on Lot 5, Block 6, of Harlan Heights Addition, being
located at 1033 NE 141 Street.
5. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Sims Norment
regarding a variance from the City of Paris Zoning Section 9-301 of the Area
Regulations Ordinance, on Lot 1, City Block 147, being located at 606 S
Church Street.
6. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Shawn Coyier
regarding a variance from the City of Paris Sign Ordinance, Article 4. 10, Sections
4.10.003(e), 4.10.004(a)(1), 4.10.009(a), 4.10.009(b) and 4.10.081, on Lot Pt of 1, City
Block 321, being located at 2315 NE Loop 286,.
