1988-024-RES WHEREAS, the lease of B. J. Fain and the option thereon will expire on the 31st day of May, 1988; and,

WHEREAS, the lease of B. J. Fain and the option thereon
will expire on the 31st day of May, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, it would be right and proper to advertise for
bids for lease for the 265 acres of Lake Gibbons property;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Clerk, Mattie Cunningham, be, and she
is hereby authorized to advertise for bids, to be received
after due notice until Wednesday, April 6, 1988, and there-
after presented to the City Council on the 11th day of
April, 1988, for the purpose of letting such bid.
