1988-019-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in Resolution No. 87-105 authorize the acceptance of
RESOLUTION NO. 88-019
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in
Resolution No. 87-105 authorize the acceptance of a Texas
Parks and Wild Life Department Grant for Project entitled
Paris Culbertson Park, being No. 20-00241; and,
WHEREAS, two bleachers can be added to the existing
baseball field at no additional cost to the project, as
described in Amendment To Project Agreement attached hereto
as Exhibit A, the form of which should be approved; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the form of Amendment To Project Agreement
attached hereto, be, and the same is hereby approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Manager, Michael
E. Malone, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the said amendment in the form of Exhibit A attached
hereto.

AMENDMENT TO PROJECT AGREEMENT

Project Name: Paris Culbertson Park
THIS AMENDMENT to Project Agreement Number 20-00241 is hereby made and
agreed upon by the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Parks and
Wildlife Department and by the undersigned political subdivision
pursuant to the Texas Local Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Fund.
The political subdivision and the State of Texas, in mutual considera-
tion of the promises made herein and in the fund agreement of which
this is an amendment, do promise as follows:
Add: Two bleachers to existing baseball field at no additonal
cost to the project.
In all other respects the fund agreement of which this is an amendment,
and the plans and specifications relevant thereto, shall remain in full
force and effect. In witness whereof the parties hereto have executed
this amendment as of the date entered below.
