1988-059-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has received a recommendation from the Planning and
RESOLUTION NO. 88-059
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
received a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris that the zoning on Part of
Lot 14, City Block 259, Lot 32-A, City Block 259, Lots 5-B,
6, 6-A, 7, 14 and 14-A, City Block 316, comprising approxi-
mately 50 acres, should be reviewed to ascertain if it would
be appropriate for a Planned Development-Commercial District
to be established on the same; and,
WHEREAS, appropriate public hearings and notice of the
same should be given in accordance with Ordinance No. 1710
of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the zoning on Part of Lot 14, City Block 259,
Lot 32-A, City Block 259, Lots 5-B, 6, 6-A, 7, 14 and 14-A,
City Block 316 be reviewed to determine whether or not it
would be appropriate to establish a Planned Development-
Commercial District on the same; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Public Hearings be held by
and before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris on the 1st day of August, 1988, at 7:00 o'clock P.M.,
in the City Council Room of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
and by and before the City Council of the City of Paris on
the 4th day of August, 1988, at 5:15 o'clock P.M., in the
City Council Room of the City of Paris, said Public Hearings
to be held to hear all persons desiring to be heard
concerning said zoning.
