1988-057-RES WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Visitors and Convention Council of the
RESOLUTION NO. 88-057
WHEREAS, there exis ts a vacancy on the membership of
the Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of
Commerce of Lamar County, due to the ineligibility of
William (Bill) Bone, and it is necessary to appoint his
successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric
Clifford, having appointed E. W. (Bill) Booth to serve the
unexpired term of William (Bill) Bone, which ends December
31, 1989, and has submitted the name of such person to the
City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of E. W. (Bill) Booth, as a
member of the Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber
of Commerce of Lamar County, to serve the unexpired term of
William (Bill) Bone, which term expires December 31, 1989,
is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved
and confirmed.
