1988-055-RES WHEREAS, the terms of office of Kyle Perry, Jacob Hildreth and Charles Christian as members of the
RESOLUTION NO. 88-055
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Kyle Perry, Jacob
Hildreth and Charles Christian as members of the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
June 30, 1988, and a vacancy exists due to the resignation
of Bill Davidson whose term expires December 31, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric Clifford,
does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Kyle Perry and
Jacob Hildreth, the appointment of Nadine Ausbie, for a term
of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1988, and ending June
30, 1991, and the appointment of Billy Joe Burnett to serve
the unexpired term of Bill Davidson, which term expires
December 31, 1988,; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of Kyle Perry and Jacob
Hildreth, and the appointment of Nadine Ausbie, to serve as
members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1,
1988, and ending June 30, 1991, and the appointment of Billy
Joe Burnett to serve the unexpired term of Bill Davidson,
which term expires December 31, 1988, be, and the same are
hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of June, 1988.
