1988-051-RES WHEREAS, the terms of office of Jeff Hoog, Cathie Tyler, Bob Burns and David Denney, as members of
RESOLUTION NO. 88-051
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Jeff Hoog, Cathie
Tyler, Bob Burns and David Denney, as members of the
Architectural Preservation Committee of the Central Business
District of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1988;
and there exists vacancies on the Architectural Preservation
Committee of the Central Business District due to Barbara
Wilson no longer being a member of the Paris Downtown
Development Association, and Wynona Harrison no longer being
in the Nursery/Landscape business; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S.
Clifford, does hereby recommend the re-appointments of Bob
Burns and David Denney; and the appointment of Michael
Rhodes and Toni Donnan, for a term of two (2) years,
beginning July 1, 1988, and ending June 30, 1990, the
appointment of Mrs. Norman Davis to replace Barbara Wilson
for the remainder of her term which term will expire on June
30, 1989; and the appointment of Rick Powell to serve the
unexpired term of Wynona Harrison, which term will expire
June 30, 1989; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of Bob Burns and David Denney
and the appointments of Michael Rhodes and Toni Donnan to
serve as members of the Architectural Preservation Committee
of the Central Business District of the City of Paris, for a
term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1988, and ending
June 30, 1990; the appointment of Mrs. Norman Davis to serve
the unexpired term of Barbara Wilson, and the appointment of
Rick Powell to serve the unexpired term of Wynona Harrison,
which terms expire on June 30, 1989, be, and the same are
hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris.
