SUBJECT: Re -plat of Lots 29, 30 & 31, Stone Ridge No. 8

BACKGROUND: Mark Cunningham owns 4.755 acres located at 4625, 4635, and 4645
Boulder Ln. The property is currently zoned Single Family 2 (SF -2).
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a replat of the property. Both water and sewer
are available. The purpose of this replat is to more accurately align the dedication of the drainage
easement with the actual location of the drainage swale.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the re -plat as drawn.
