RESOLUTION NO. 88-081
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris and the
Commissioners Court of Lamar County did heretofore approve the
1987-88 budget for the Paris-Lamar County Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, a damaged and leaking roof has brought about the
need for repair of the same: and,
WHEREAS, the 1987-88 budget of the Paris-Lamar County Health
Department should be amended by increasing the budget by
$9,975.00, which together with WIC's contribution of $2,272.00,
will fund the full cost of the roof repair; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the need for repair of the damaged and leaking roof of the
Paris-Lamar County Health Department exists and that its budget
is hereby amended by adding thereto $9,975.00.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of August, 1988.
