BACKGROUND: It is the practice of the Paris City Council and City Staff to recognize
outgoing Council Members for their service to the City of Paris.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Dr. Steve Clifford has served the City of Paris as the Council Member for
District 4 from May 2015 through May 2021. In addition, Dr. Steve Clifford served in the
capacity of Mayor from May 2017 through May 2021..
