CITY MANAGER, CITY ATTORNEY AND CITY JUDGE

BACKGROUND: At the City Council meeting of April 26, 2021, Council Member Portugal
requested this item be placed on the May 10, 2021 City Council Agenda.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Council Member Portugal expressed a desire for City Council to discuss
process and procedures for the annual evaluations of these three employees, which includes
forms, a timeline, and the possibility of a Council sub -committee.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Provide direction to staff.
