1988-067-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 87-123, on November 9,
RESOLUTION NO. 88-067
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 87-123, on November 9, 1987,
approve and authorize the City Staff to exercise the emer-
gency powers to proceed by force account with additional
work referred to as Phase II of the 1987 Central Interceptor
Rehabilitation project and added to original contract for
Phase I work; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith, recommends the
amendment of said contract by Final Change Order No. 1
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", for addition of approximate-
ly 1,000 L.F. of 27" sewer main; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the contract for 1987 Central Interceptor
Rehabili tation Proj ect is hereby amended by Final Change
Order No. 1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of
the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, is hereby authorized
and directed, on behalf of the City of Paris, to execute
said Change Order.
