Members Present: Chadlee Johnston, Tony Corso, Mark Pankaj, Vicki Ballard, Brian Richie, Dustin
Broadway, Bud Mistry, Trey Glascock, Bryan Glass, Ryan Whitaker and Bryan Hargis.
Staff Present: Becky Semple, Gina Crawford and Paul Allen.
Minutes: A motion to approve March minutes was made by Mark Pankaj, seconded by Bud Mistry.
Motion passed unanimously.
Financials: Vicki Ballard presented the March financials. A motion to approve was made by Trey
Glascock, seconded by Bryan Hargis. Motion passed unanimously.
New Business:
Becky Semple presented the funding for the 67th Annual Texas Antique Car Show on May 13-16. Based
on the scoring criteria, a motion to approve $1275 was made by Trey Glascock, seconded by Bud Mistry.
Motion passed unanimously.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for Western Region Shootout on May 29-30, 2021. Based on
the scoring criteria, a motion was made to approve $1950 by Ryan Whitaker, seconded by Bud Mistry.
Motion passed unanimously.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for N.T. Texas Classic Car Show sponsored by Red River
Valley Veterans Memorial Museum on June 111h and 12th, 2021. Based on the scoring criteria, a motion
was made to approve $1200 by Ryan Whitaker, seconded by Bud Mistry. Motion passed unanimously.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for Dixie Youth Baseball Division 1 AAA, Division 2 AAA,
North Division 2 Ozone Regional and North Division 1 Ozone on July 10-13, 2021. Based on the scoring
criteria, a motion was made to approve $1500 each to the Division 1 and 2 AAA and $1800 each to the
Ozone Tournaments by Bud Mistry, seconded by Bryan Hargis. Motion passed unanimously.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for the Texas ASA State Championship on July 17-18, 2021.
Based on the scoring criteria, a motion was made to approve $2200 by Trey Glascock, seconded by
Bryan Hargis. Motion passed unanimously.
