ACTION REQUESTED: Variance to Section 4.10.003(e) of the City of Paris Sign Ordinance
to allow a sky sign.
The above -reference request was approved by the City of Paris Zoning Board of Adjustment
("Board") on 05/04/2021 by a vote of H in favor of the application I against the
application with 0 abstaining and n absent, under the condition that within 30 days of
approval the applicant supply an engineered analysis of the structure showing the calculations
that it can meet required wind loads and properly acquiring a permit.
In the board's approval of the request, no findings were adopted as reasons for this approval.
