SUBJECT: Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A of the Norment 147 Addition

BACKGROUND:
At its meeting held on May 3, 2021 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended
simultaneous approval of the preliminary and final plat for this project without conditions. The
Planning Report for this case is attached.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat and final plats.

BACKGROUND: Sims and Rebecca Norrnent own 0.5352 acres located at 606 South Church
St. The property is currently zoned Two Family (2F).
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted both a preliminary and final plat. Both water
and sewer are available. The owners are subdividing the property in order to build a residential
structure. The plats appear are in compliance with the City of Paris regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of both the preliminary and final plats as
drawn without conditions.
