BACKGROUND
At its meeting held on May 3, 2021 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval
of the project with the staff recommended condition of approval. The Planning Report for this
case is attached.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the preliminary and final plats, subject to the following condition:
1. Sidewalks must be installed prior to final inspection.

BACKGROUND.
The applicant has submitted a request for preliminary and final plat approval for property located
at 830 SE 2016 Street. The site contains approximately 0.38 acres. The applicant intends to
construct a duplex on the property. No issues have been identified with requested approvals.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the preliminary and final plats, subject to the following condition:
1. Sidewalks must be installed prior to final inspection.
